KEPAHYANG, SBP.com – Oknum Ketua Forum Kepala desa (Kades) Kecamatan Bermani ilir, Kabupaten Kepahyang, Provinsi Bengkulu. di duga telah melalukan pungutan liar (Pungli) dana desa (DD) sebesar 20.000,000,-(Dua puluh juta rupiah) pada tahun 2016, 25.000.000,-(Dua puluh lima juta rupiah) pada tahun 2017.
Menurut salah satu sumber dari salah satu kepala desa (Kades) Kecamatan bermani Ilir, yang berinisial “R” di desa tebat monok pukul 18;00 Wib. Pada 22-11-2017 lalu. kepada Darul salah satu wartawan media online yang bertugas di wilayah Kabupaten Kepahyang Provinsi Bengkulu. di kirim Oleh Darul pewarta tersebut melalui pesan Instant WhatsApp kepada pewarta online portal berita Nasional SBP.com. beserta audio record pada 06 Pebruari 2018. adapun isi pesannya sesuai Audio record sebagai berikut.
“Kami di pinta oleh ketua forum kepala desa (Kades) kecamatan bermani ilir yang bernama Hendri selaku kepala desa talang sawah sebesar 20.000.000,-(Dua puluh juta rupiah) pada tahun 2016 lalu, kami yang berjumlah 18 kades kecamatan bermani Ilir telah memberikan uang tersebut kepada Hendri ketua forum kepala desa (Kades). kemudian di tahun 2017 kami juga dipinta kembali oleh Hendri ketua forum kepala desa (Kades) bermani Ilir sebesar 25.000.000,-(Dua puluh lima juta rupiah) dari 18 kepala desa hanya 10 desa yang memberi, 8 kepala desa lainnya tidak bersedia. katanya uang itu akan diberikan kepada pihak kecamatan, BPMD, Inspektorat, polres dan kejaksaan sebagai uang pengamanan. apa bila ada oknum kades yang dilaporkan maka dapat di kondisikan aman ngak akan terpenjara. “Jelas “R”.
Sementara itu, menurut Darul salah satu pewarta tersebut, Hendri sang ketua forum kepala desa (Kades) bermani ilir saat dihubungi melalui Phon Cell Handphone di nomor : 085 268 042 923, 085 284 697 301 berulang kali coba hendak di konfirmasi namun tidak diangkat di sms pun tidak di balas, SBP.com pun mencoba menghubungi dengan cara yang sama untuk konfirmasi namun juga demikian.
